 Q:   What is our "Jewelry Deal of the Day" website all about?

A:  JewelyDOD.com offers one new Jewelry deal each day. This daily deal is only availble for 24-hours or until it sells out! We are dedicated to providing our customers with the finest quality jewelry at rock bottom prices. Save up to 99.95% off retail by shopping direct from the source. We provide unbeatable prices, superb quality and friendly customer service. Our Mission is simple: To provide you with nothing less than the absolute best.

 

Q:  How long do your "Daily Deals" last?

A:  Our daily Jewelry Deal is only available for a 24-hour period, it then will expire everyday at 7:00 AM (Pacific Standard Time) or until the Deal sells out. We then launch another brand new "Jewelry Deal of the day" and this process continues the same way 7 days a week. Our Deals start and end time can periodically change from day to day, but this is easy to track on our website with our Deal Count-Down Timer. This is a small black and white box just under the "Bling Me One" blue button on the right hand side of our home page. This Count-Down timer will tell you how long you have to purchase the daily deal, but keep in mind that the deal can sell out at any time. 

 

Q:  Is there a limit on the number of "Jewelry Deal a Day" items I can purchase?

A:  No, there are no Limits unless specifically noted. If you want to buy more than one item, please remember to add multiple quantities before you check out or you will have to re-purchase on a seperate order and shipping charges will apply. In some cases, not all deals will have the option for combined shipping, and shipping choices may be limited before a deal has expired. Also, remember that we have limited quantities to sell per day and once we sell out, they're gone for good!  

 

Q: Why are your prices so low? 

A:   Our prices are low because we are Direct Importers, and all of our Jewelry comes straight from the manufacturer, which cuts costs dramatically. With that said JewelryDOD offers jewelry at way below retail, and in most cases below wholesale prices.Quite often we buy jewelry items from manufactures that are a 1 time limited supply lot, and will no longer be offered to the public in the future. With this said, our price on these specific jewelry lots will "fluctuate" as the stock gets lower. This expedites the process for us to buy other brand new jewelry lots to keep our prices low. This is standard and normal protocol for the way we run our website, as far as stock and product handling is concerned. Please be aware that if you buy a specific Jewelry deal at one price, the next time it is offered it could be at a lower price. Thank you.

 

Q: Do you offer Jewelry for Free?

We occasionally offer Free jewelry designs, and we just ask you to cover the shipping & processing fees of $5.99 per piece.  

 

Q: What are Shipping and Processing Fees?

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing, Gift boxes if they apply, the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items.

 

Q:  How will you ship my item out, and will you ship it out Fast?

A:  We use USPS Postal Service to ship your item(s) with 3 different rate options in most cases. We make every effort to ship your items within 24hrs. Most Internet retailers ship your product out within 3 to 5 days, Not us!

 

Q:  What is your Shipping Process and Policy?

A:  All items are shipped once payment is received, usually by the next business day or with-in 24hrs.(holidays excluded) When we ship your item you automatically receive a e-mail with a USPS tracking number. Paypal will send you a shipping email confirmation when your item ships for payments made through Paypal. If you pay by Paypal eCheck, your item is shipped after the eCheck clears, usually with-in 3 business days. In most cases, your package should arrive with-in a week if you choose the USPS "First Class Shipping" option, however your delivery could take up to 14 days to reach your address in the worst case scenario. If you need your package to arrive at a earlier date we suggest that you choose a different shipping option (if available at the time) which is provided to you during the ordering process ie. "Priority 2-3 day" or Next Day Express shipping. We pride ourselves on shipping our customers items out quickly, and once we drop your package off, it is then up to USPS to expedite your package to you asap. Once your package is delivered and USPS shows proof of delivery through the "Delivery Confirmation" tracking status results, JewelryDOD.com will not be responsible in any way for lost, missing, stolen, empty, or misplaced packages. JewelryDOD highly recommends purchasing shipping insurance to cover your package from total loss. Please be aware in some cases, not all deals will have the option for combined shipping, and shipping choices may be limited before a deal has expired. Q:  Do you ship outside the USA?

A:  No sorry. At this time, we can only ship to addresses located inside the USA.

Q:  What is your Return or Exchange Policy?

A:  We will accept returns for products in original sellable condition, with-in 7 days of the USPS Delivery Confirmation date. Refunds will be provided for the original total purchase price, and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees. For "returns', "exchanges", and "damaged products, you must email us here within 7 days of the USPS Delivery Confirmation date. If you do not contact us with-in 7 days of the delivery date we will not accept any returns, exchanges, or damaged productsWe will then send you specific instructions for shipping back the merchandise. When shipping merchandise back to us, please be sure to purchase shipping insurance, as we will not be responsible in any way for returned packages lost by the post office. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for any refund to be processed.

 

Q:  I live in California, will I be charged "California Sales Tax" of 8.75% if I order on your website?

A: Yes. We sell products on our website: Jewelrydod.com, and we are located in California. So, by "California State Law", we must charge our customers that reside in California, "California Sales Tax" ...which is currently 8.75%.  

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

 You may cancel any order that has not been processed for shipment or shipped. Your cancellation request can be emailed here. We will reply with a confirmation if we are able to cancel your order. Please note that a cancellation request does not guarantee a cancellation. If we confirm that your package has already shipped, you may return the package for a refund in accordance with our refund policy noted above under “What is your return or exchange policy”. Any refused packages (includes "undeliverable" and "return to sender" packages) without first contacting us will be refunded back to your Paypal account, after deductions for a 20% restocking fee and original shipping fees. We will not be responsible for any returned packages lost by the post office.
